Here’s a little more information about both of those.

  • I have over 13 years of clinical experience. I approach therapy with warmth, transparency, and curiosity. I work through an attachment-based lens, exploring how early childhood experiences affect our relationships. I incorporate aspects of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Interpersonal Therapy (IPT) towards gaining insight and leading a more fulfilling life.

    I offer:

    • 50-minute individual therapy sessions. My fee is $180.

    • 90-minute EMDR individual therapy sessions. My fee is $325.

  • I have four years of clinical supervision experience. My goal is to promote a supportive learning environment with associate therapists.

    I offer:

    • 60-minute individual supervision. My fee is $100.

    • 60-minute triadic supervision. My fee is $50 per associate.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • I offer online therapy to adults residing in California.

  • I accept Aetna, Anthem, Blue Shield, Carelon, Cigna, Kaiser Permanente Southern California, and Optum/UHC. I work with Alma, Headway, and Rula for insurance verification and billing.

    I can also provide a statement to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement. I recommend checking with your insurance company to determine the extent of your out-of-network benefits.

  • Unless there is a true emergency, you will be charged your full session fee for appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.
